Travel Information
Trains:
The main shopping area of Trafalgar Road and Woolwich Road can be reached on Dartford/Gravesend services via Woolwich. Alight at Maze Hill station for Trafalgar Road or Westcombe Park station for Woolwich Road.
Bus:
The area is very well served by the following routes: The 129, 177, 180 and 286 serve both Trafalgar Road and Woolwich Road. Route 188 serves Trafalgar Road only – terminating at North Greenwich, route 386 serves Trafalgar Road before turning up Vanbrugh Hill to Blackheath and route 422 starts from North Greenwich serving only Woolwich Road.
The Night Bus N1 also serves Trafalgar Road and Woolwich Road.
Road:
The A206 is the main route into East Greenwich which is accessed from the A2 at the Woolwich Road flyover. Parking is available on street in controlled parking areas. Drivers should carefully note the signs for the amount of free parking time available.
Walk:
East Greenwich is very easy to access on foot. Only fifteen minutes from Greenwich Town Centre take the Riverside path to Ballast Quay before turning up Lassell Street or Pelton Road.
